2: Healing is a wholesome process of recognition and reintegration
Healing Occurs:
When I release negative dialogue in relationship to my body, mind and spirit. When I release negative relations to other people. When I realize that there is really no us and them; there is only us.
3: Confessions of a Personal Fitness Trainer
As your personal fitness trainer my passion is to teach, coach, understand, push, prod, cajole, investigate, research and apply, over and over… As a ‘Fitness Role Model’…well…I feel vulnerable with weakness, so, in hopes we can all learn, from my own weakness, here goes…My Confession.
Last year I had a number of clients who started stubbornly on the Atkins diet despite my warnings. Immediately I saw almost profound results in their weight loss. I reminded them it was the loss of water weight, and warned of the strain on the kidneys and the high cholesterol risk.
During this time I was mastering my yoga practice as a complete vegan but found that my immune system had been profoundly compromised and I was currently on my third cold for the fall season
4: Have Fun Learning Creativity
You have some great ideas. You toss them around in your mind. You tell friends about them. They go nowhere. Why? They go nowhere because of what your friends said or because you have the misconception that only a select few are able to unleash a steady flow of creative genius. And, you, of course, couldn't be one of that select group. That is not true at all.
Anyone who has creative genius will tell you that creativity is very much like a muscle that needs to be developed in order to perform at top efficiency. If you don't learn how to develop creative thinking, this skill, like a muscle will become withered and useless to you when you most need it. On the other hand, keep working at it and this skill will soon be ready for action whenever you need it.
5: Grudges Are Injurious To Health
Holding grudges makes a person bitter. Most of the time, grudges are born out of anger and hurt. They are the negative feelings one carries even when the hurting incident or conversation is over. Grudges are not good for health because they infect the heart and pollute the mind. Further, they murder relationships. They should be thrown into the dust bin, otherwise the grudge-holder's mind festers with feelings of martyrdom or revenge.
6: nature of who you really are is nothing at all
The true nature of who you really are is nothing at all. In the experience of being something, you move away from this state of nothingness.
It is not possible to experience being nothing for that realization is a state of being. In the world of the absolute or nothingness there is no being. Consciousness, is nothingness being something-"I am" this or that. Consciousness is a place in time, a focus of the nothing state wishing to experience something. As an individual of this nothingness you choose amongst all the possibilities of being. Your focus in the physical life moves from one experience to another and you can only experience one thing at a time. For example, you may be male, a father, employee, husband, lover and any number of things-but when the focus of you attention is on being a father-in that moment you experience nothing else. But that does not mean all the others things are not valid or do not exist-they do.
All things exist simultaneously in the same time and space-it is only your focus shifting back and forth from one to another that creates the illusion. From the state of nothing to the experience of being, is called consciousness. During any particular time of the day you move back and forth from one state to another. During the time of sleep the mind is active in another realm of experience or being-called dreaming.
7: How To Overcome Life's Difficulties.
Life is a paradox; the true purpose of life is not the attainment of happiness, yet if we attain the true object of life we will find happiness. Those who are ignorant of life's true purpose and who seek happiness high and low, year after year, fail to find it. Like a merry-go-round, it forever eludes them. On the other hand, those who recognize the true object of life, and follow it, attain happiness without seeking for it.
8: Are you waiting to be happy in life
People believe that happiness is a place to reach. That once you achieve this or that then you will be happy. I constantly catch myself in this pattern. Here's the deal happiness is a state of being not a destination. You can access the state of being happy at anytime.
You can be in the most horrible life circumstances and still be happy if you choose so. I know this sounds ludicrous but it is the truth. See it is your duty to be happy because when you are happy things in your life run smoother. Unfortunate situations will start to turn up if you focus on your happiness thus ending your suffering. Happiness helps promote optimal health, relationships, peace and well-being so why not focus on it.
9: Fifteen Ways To Stay Focused With Effective Time Management
Let s face it, there is a lot going on out there. Our economy is on the fritz and every news story tells us that one more multimillion-dollar company needs a government bailout. Foreclosures are happening right and left. We have troops in harm s way, and Christmas is only a few short weeks away. And that is just the big picture! We have not even mentioned your business and all the things that you need to keep up with on a daily basis. Here are 15 ways to keep yourself focused amid all the distraction. See what works for you!
10: Don't Let Your Fears Keep You Poor..
What is the first impression we have upon hearing the word "fear?" Most likely, we think of it as a word that describes a feeling we all do not like to experience. And rightly it is, for even the dictionary describes it mostly as a word filled with negative emotions.
In this chapter, we shall make an in-depth analysis of what fear is really all about when it comes to creating wealth; its good side and its bad side.
11: Watch out! How Employees can Keep Track of Themselves
Are you one of those employees who spend a few hours at work chatting with friends or posting your opinions on social networking sites? Well, watch out because clocking in systems are never far away from spoiling your party. Online chat, social networking sites and online stores have turned out to be employers worst nightmare; not least because many of them are paying their workers and consultants for hours spent on non-work related activities. This can be costly, especially for small and medium sized organisations; and then came the clocking in systems. These were designed to turn tables against sloppy employees.
12: How To Beat Procrastination For Good
Procrastination is the art of putting off until tomorrow what you should be doing today. Procrastination is probably the most expensive habit that a person can develop because it costs you all the success that you could be enjoying if you were an action taker.
13: Think for Yourself. Or Someone Else Will
We all like to believe that we are capable of and continually engage in the act of thinking for ourselves. Is this really true? How many of our thoughts are really are own? Are we really, truly original in our thinking? How much are we utilizing our God given right, our Constitutionally guaranteed right to freedom of thought? Bottom line, these are the only actual freedoms we have. Why am I asking what may seem to be non-sensical questions? Let's take a look at the answers togeather.
We are born into a world that is up and running. Rules, criminal laws, civil laws, moral values, religious beliefs, political beliefs, national boundaries; and every other kind of regulation and/or do-don't under the sun already firmly in effect. We had to part in choosing the system we are born into. Nor did anyone else that we are intimately connected to, in most cases. So from birth our thinking, choices, likes and dislikes begin to be shaped.
14: Desire is the Fire For Achieving Success!
If you really want something, you will get it!
It's true: desire is a powerful force that can't easily be stopped.
Think about your goal, about what you want to achieve in life, and ask yourself the following questions:
Do you really want to reach your goal?
Do you want to reach your goal so badly you will never give up?
What are you willing to sacrifice to reach your goal?
In what circumstances would you stop reaching for your goal?
If you really want something, really really want it, then you will never quit, no matter what the circumstances are! If you really want to reach a goal, you will find the means! Where there’s a will, there’s a way!

16: How To Create Serendipity in Your Life...
Serendipity is a lucky break. It's being in the right place at the right time. But is it really a matter of luck or can you produce serendipity in your own life. You can, and I'm going to show you how.Let me give you an example of serendipity from my life.
One day, some years ago, my attorney invited me to a business breakfast talk being given by a prominent economist. At the breakfast I was sitting beside a man I had never met before. We got talking and that man came to one of my courses. He was so inspired by that course that he introduced me to a business friend of his and we ended up putting together a project that netted me $362,000 profit for a 3 month project.
What a stroke of luck for all those things to fall into place just from attending a simple business breakfast talk! Or was it luck? Let's take a closer look and see.
17: Mind Control Stories: How I Used Mind Control To Borrow Money...
Mind control isn’t really as bizarre as film and television make it out to be. It is simply the process of knowing how to handle situations and people. There’s no need for any swinging pendulum or hypnotic eyes. All you have to do is understand what makes people tick. If you still don’t believe me, perhaps I should share with you one of my personal mind control stories.
I’ve heard and read enough mind control stories to realize when something similar happens to me. My story is simple; but at the same time, the actual moment made me feel like I did something great for myself.
While I was growing up, there were times when I found myself a little strapped for cash. My financial crisis was nothing too major, of course. Luckily, I always have my sister to borrow money from. She could be generous whenever she wants to (and I always pay her back, anyway). However, there were moments when she becomes incapable of caring for penniless me.
18: The True Cost Of Delay
Most people have seen an illustration of the magic of compound interest. For example, if you save $50 each week for 20 years then you will have accumulated $165,747 even though you only contributed $52,000. But what if you waited a year before you started saving? What is the cost of that delay?
19: Five Ways to Be a Better Listener
Listening is a crucial skill for professional and personal success. Yet it seems like such a basic skill - we all know how to listen, right? But although this skill is basic in theory, it's difficult to execute. Yes, everyone can listen, but how many people can listen well?
Communication is a two-way street - there is a sender (the speaker) and there is a receiver (the listener). And if all goes well, the message that is sent is the same message that is received. As the receiver/listener, it is your job to make sure you understand what the sender/speaker is trying to communicate.
20: Wisdom of Our Soul
Not too long ago, I was living in a world outside of myself. Happiness eluded me and I mostly felt scattered and lost. Today, I live from the inside out. Joy is a constant in my life and I’ve become a woman who is grounded, purposeful and full of gratitude!
21: Law of Attraction (LOA) & Magical Thinking
The Law of Attraction encourages "magical thinking".
Magical thinking is one of the hallmarks not only of pathological narcissism, but of a panoply of mental health disorders, including a few personality disorders, most notably the SCHIZOTYPAL personality disorder.
22: The true nature of who you really are is nothing at all

It is not possible to experience being nothing for that realization is a state of being. In the world of the absolute or nothingness there is no being. Consciousness, is nothingness being something-"I am" this or that.
23: Wealth Building at 55 plus - Changing Your Time Priorities
One of the facts of life is that building wealth requires a daily allocation of your time. By this stage of life you probably have some well established time habits that will need reviewing in order to free up the time required to provide financially for the future.
It always amazes me that people are willing to allocate 40 hours each week to their job so that they can earn a basic survival income yet those same people will resist when you suggest that they allocate a couple of hours each day to getting rich and having a magnificent life.
24: Why We Choose Anger (And How To Take Another Road)
Anger has turned into an epidemic in our world today. It is crucial to take a step back and realize the enormity of the danger we are facing, not only from external expressions of anger, but from the anger we each carry within. The time has come to face the truth about anger, learn what it truly is, where it comes from, why it arises, and how to stop it on the spot.
25: Pope John Paul 2 And Pope Benedict XVI: Their Charts And Their Apologies
Not surprisingly, both Pope John Paul II and Pope Benedict XVI have their Venuses in Taurus, making them warm and affectionate. They are able to make commitments and long-lasting attachments, such as working for the Church well past their second Saturn Returns. They are also prone to enjoy beauty, luxury and comfort in their surroundings.
Most of the Popes, including these two, have a lot of Venus and Taurus, Libra influences in their charts, which is generally thought to have a softening effect.
26: A Three Point Plan To A Brand New You
It's a New Year and a fantastic time to give your personal brand a jolly-good overhaul. You are like a diamond with many facets. So why not show some of your facets to the world?
Here is a 3-point plan for bringing out your best this New Year:
1. RETHINK YOUR PERSONAL IDENTITY
Are you tired of always being asked to take the minutes because you're “the organized one?â€
27: Forgiveness: Do You Want To Be Right Or Do You Want To Be Healthy, Wealthy, and Happy?
Now you are probably wondering how the principle of forgiveness can lead you down the road to being healthy, wealthy and happy. Read on.
Life throws us many challenges over the years and each of these challenges whether we find them in the workplace, at home, at play, or with ourselves, they all have the capacity to teach us a valuable lesson.
Understand that life throws you the same type of challenges over and over again, disguised in various forms till you get the lesson.
28: Enlightenment Technology
Human spiritual enlightenment occurs when your consciousness permanently expands beyond the limits of your body and your mind’s self-created identity. The energetic membranes between the subconscious, conscious and superconscious levels of the mind dissolve. As an enlightened human, you take 100% responsibility for co-creating your personal experience of reality. And you have zero judgment about what others are co-creating.
Your True Self, a.k.a. Spirit, is pure consciousness and has no form, no body at all. It is an individualized aspect of the Source of All Consciousness; a.k.a. Source, Oneness or God. The only difference between your True Self consciousness and Source consciousness is an energetic membrane that holds the memories of your individualized experiences as you travel through the cosmos, exploring creation.
The difference between your True Self consciousness and your Earth consciousness is another energetic membrane, often referred to as the Illusion of Separation. It separates your memories of this particular Earth incarnation from all other experiences of your True Self.
29: Command a Life of Abundance: Don’t Escape Life, Create Your Life…Part 1
As we explore the human experience and the flow of abundance in our lives, we discover that many people are living the life they truly desire to live. Furthermore, we discover the desire for prosperity is being fulfilled for so many. We also discover that many people are living the lives they want to live because they have invested time and energy in creativity. So, what about the rest of humanity? Why are there some people who are not experiencing the joy and miracles of life?
The answer may be escapism. You can not successfully create the life you truly desire while escaping your own existence. Moreover, without creating the life you desire, you will not experience wealth, success, optimal health, empowering relationships, love, devotion, peace, order, and wisdom. Escapism and creativity will not exist in the same mind at the same time.
30: Affirmation From the Law of Attraction
I personally do not do affirmations-for a well disciplined mind, affirmations are the slow way to get what you desire. I am not saying I have this kind of mind. On the contrary, I am a slow thinker, my mind wonders, and I need time to think out of the box.
